It’s Friday! That means a trip to my favorite salon and more beauty products!

I have to tell you about my favorite aesthtician, Julia! She gives the most amazing facials with glycolic and vitamin-C treatments to help exfoliate dead skin and fight wrinkles! (Let’s face it, all the sun and surfing in the summer takes its toll!)
Here are five simple tips from Julia to keep your face looking and feeling fabulous!
1. Drink plenty of water (5-8 glasses a day) and eat lots of fruits and veggies!
2. Stick to a consistent skincare regimen day and night. (Cleanse, tone and moisturize.)
3. Never leave the house without SPF of 15 or higher. (Even in winter!)
4. Get plenty of rest (8 hours if possible) or take a cat nap during the day if you can!
5. Think about getting a facial every so often for some deep cleaning!

Im hope i can try any of these products! Lately i have been having really bad skin mainly around my nose and on my forehead. It’s probably because school has been really stressful with all the exams and stuff… plus i havent been sleeping enough, havent been putting my sunscreen on AND havent been drinking enough water… LOL

These look so fresh and springy, I would love to try them! I follow all the above tips alreay but sometimes have a hard time with my night time routine. I have started trying to wash my face from the day by 10 o’clock at night to start a routine/habit, wish me luck!
