Hey Lovelies! Do you have a party dress that you’re dying to wear everyday? I DO! And I just can’t stand to see it sitting in my closet waiting for the next big bash! So today I decided to belt a black tee over one of my favorites. It instantly made my strapless frock totally daytime. I added some bling (of course) and kept the rest black. City Chic!
