Wild torrential downpours in NYC yesterday kept my sweat sesh indoors and a little low-key. Instead of my usual cardio crunch, I focused on lifting light weights and toning. It’s always good to mix it up a bit and the wacky wet weather forced me to do just that! Sunny skies, hurry back PLEASE!!!
