A blast of warm temps hit the east coast this past weekend, so I bolted to the beach for a quick getaway! I took full advantage and mixed up my sweat-sesh outside. During a run along the ocean I passed a number of shore towns post-storm. Everyone is pitching in to clean up and hopefully things will feel more normal by summer. But for now, let’s all chip in and help out where we can!
