Talk about a calorie-crunch! Last week I was honored to join the Lesportsac team to help host the Self Magazine Workout in the Park event for a full day of serious sweating! From CRUNCH Fitness workouts, to mini-spa services, to Quiet-Zone yoga and Pilates sessions, the entire day was filled with energy! We arrived at 11am and didn’t stop exercising ’til the gates closed at 3PM! I was pooped, but so happy to be a part of such a fab, fit, fun day! Hope to see you all next year in the park!
