What up, Sporties? It was girl’s weekend at the beach, and checkout what went down—acro yoga!! Joslyn was our amazing and supportive base, while Michelle, Christina, Anne and I took turns perfecting our poses. I’m trying to push my limits and experiment with exciting new yoga moves and girlfriend group workouts, ’cause let’s be honest, working out with a buddy is much more fun than sweating alone, right?! That brings me to my next topic…
