Last night I got my stretch on under the stars by the light of the Supermoon with Release Yoga Studio on Asbury Park beach. What better way to end a fun-fillled weekend of sun and surfing than with a sandy sweat? I’ve been trying to mix more yoga into my workout routine to help balance and strengthen my muscles and give my body a break from all the cardio and running that I do. It’s a great way to de-stress and open your mind, body and spirit. And that’s just what we did as we practiced by the sound of the waves crashing and the boardwalk buzzing. I’m so glad that I was able to be a part of such a magical summer night. Here’s to a powerful week, Yogis.
