Beauty:

Winter Clean

All those Christmas cookies and rich holiday treats can add up fast making us feel a bit sluggish and not like our healthy selves. So, after a few days of hearty holiday meals, I like to detox and cleanse my bod of extra, unwanted sugars and fats by replacing a few meals a week with some of my favorite natural juices to get back on track.

For the last month or so, I’ve been hooked on Clarity Juice. I stumbled upon the brand on Instagram and loved their bright and healthy profile, making me want to learn more. They’re a small organically grown juice company from Saratoga Springs, NY producing amazingly delicious raw, cold-pressed juices. They test and experiment their yummy new flavors on family, friends and at local farmers markets in upstate NY. I’ve already ordered two shipments and am ready for more. I’m kinda obsessed.

For me, it’s the perfect option to have for lunch or a mid-day snack when my energy levels dip during a long busy day. I know I’m getting all of the vitamins and minerals my bod needs, instead of grabbing a salty or sugary snack when I’m on the go.

For a quick and refreshing detox, the Clarity Beetox is my go-to choice, and when I need some extra greens in my diet, I’m all about the Saratoga. It’s packed with kale, spinach and cucumbers and every time I gulp it down I feel refueled and energized. I also tried the Clarity Boost in my last order to help keep my immune system strong during cold and flu season. It’s made with lots of cayenne, ginger and apple to fight off any infections that might be brewing. And the Clarity Shine is great to reduce inflammation and reset my whole body after all the indulging these past few days.
So, if you’re looking for a healthy and delicious way to get back on track after all the food and  festivities, this is a a great way to start the new year.

XOXO,

NYC
