Beauty:

Grab & Go

Sticking with New Year resolutions to get fit and eat healthy isn’t always as simple as it sounds. Lots of us are super excited to start fresh and stick with our revamped workout routines for the month of January, but then as winter drags on, it’s easy to fall into a slump and slack on our goals. Add a demanding work schedule and family commitments into the mix, and it sometimes seems impossible to stay on track and watch our waistlines.

So to stay on the path to success, I try to keep an eye on labels and make tiny changes in my eating habits to make a huge difference. Think less sugar, more good-for-me foods and nutritional value to keep my high-energy levels up. So, to keep me snacking smart when I’m on the go, I’ve partnered with Chobani’s Simply 100®. That way, i
f I don’t have time to sit and have a full (healthy) meal, at least I know that I’m still getting my protein and fiber to keep me full— minus the artificial sweeteners. If I feel satisfied until it’s time for my next meal, I’m less likely to grab unhealthy junk food when I’m on the move. Whether I’m on an all-day photoshoot or running to a yoga class, I have to keep my energy levels up and stay focused on what I’m putting into my body to keep me running all day long.

I’ve been a fan of the delicious and nutritious Greek yogurt for a while now, and am super pumped
to add Chobani’s two new Simply 100® flavors, Strawberry Banana and my personal favorite Mixed Red Berry, to the mix of go-to options.

Leading an active life doesn’t mean just being active. For me, good-for-you foods matter just as much, and are the fuel that keeps me going. When I can find a go-to snack that’s only 100 calories, and is made with only natural ingredients, it always keeps me coming back for more!

Hope you guys are keeping up with your “new year, new you” goals and making smart choices when it comes to moving towards a healthy lifestyle.

XOXO,
NYC

We love Chobani in our house. The only yogurt I buy for my family. I love your outfit. Your poncho is the perfect finishing touch! Have a great weekend! xooo

Sugar is “hidden” in so many things that I’d never thought of… Good for you for watching the labels – I do, but need to be more cognizant of it.

Love the down? puffer cape? Where did you get it/where is it from?
