Back At It!

I’m back from Bali editing through tons of images to share with you all. But in the meantime, I want to get back on track with my workouts and healthy habits! So, to start, here’s a fun workout to get you motivated to move and look look badass in an open back dress. I partnered with vitaminwater zero to create an upper body and arm arm workout to get your back in tip-top shape for summer.

There are so many hectic moments that fill our day, but it’s sometimes a challenge to carve out some play time to destress and recharge. We’re constantly rushing through the motions without taking a breath, so it’s easy to fall into a fitness rut and unhealthy habits when we are too overloaded.

Whether it’s a cool new workout that you’ve been dying to try, or that open-back dress that shows some skin, find what motivates you to stay on track when it comes to living a healthy, fit lifestyle. That means watching what you put in your body too. Look for drinks and snacks that don’t sneak in sugar to add flavor. Vitaminwater zero quenches my thirst, without the calories.

Make short-term goals that will inspire you to stay focused and make some “me time” to experience something new and challenge your body, and mind, each day and stick with it.

Try to set aside at least 30 minutes a day to challenge your body, turn off the technology and get outside. Mixing up the usual gym workout or cardio routine can flip the “fun switch” on, and make fitness fun. Checkout my full upper body workout and fit-tips at the jungle gym here on SheKnows.
