Bali Bliss, Thowback! Yoga in the Jungle

Throwing it back to some yoga in the jungle and Bali bliss at Bagus Jati ! I’m starting to plan for more wellness retreats this year and getting super psyched to check out amazing new locations in the health and wellness world with Fit & Fly Girl Retreats. I’ll be hosting some retreats with them very soon and will have sign up, dates, and deets to follow!

These pics, above, are from an amazing two-week journey this past April in Bali with my girl, Lauren. I got to chill and check out from my busy NYC lifestyle. I practiced healthy eating habits daily, with smoothies and juices every morning, and locally grown veggies and fresh fish for lunch and dinner. We usually had our fill of fitness with a double dose of workouts with yoga and active excursions to keep us moving and motivated. It was a great way to treat my mind and body to some much-needed TLC. I can’t wait to get back to some beautiful locations very soon. Standby for deets on retreats on my blog and on Insta!
