I know, I know, this isn’t the best snack for bikini season, but it’s summertime and I was at a carnival! We all deserve a sweet treat now and then, right? Besides, I made sure to sport my workout gear so that I could run and play on the rides to burn off the extra rainbow sprinkles! You can totally indulge sometimes, just be sure to put in a few extra miles to balance it all out. Moderation is key. Have fun!
