It’s time to breathe, stretch and sweat with nature today! Summer is the best time to bring your calorie-crunch outside to free your mind and body. Put away the headphones and try working out, minus all techy gadgets. Don’t get me wrong, I love a great playlist, but when I tune out the noise I’m able to relax, focus and let my senses take charge.
