Healthy Hair GIVEAWAY

Today I am sharing all of the secrets to keeping my hair thick and healthy through any season (AND A BEAUTY GIVEAWAY BELOW)! Being in the industry for so long, I’ve tried hundreds of products claiming to detangle, smooth, and rewind damaged hair. But since I don’t color my hair or put heat to it everyday, I keep my focus on products that help to make my locks strong, healthy and thick with a few simple steps.

  1. SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER
I know this might seem like an obvious one, but using a natural shampoo and conditioner is the foundation to healthier hair. Using products that are full of sulfates and parabens can strip the life from your hair. I recently started trying out BRÖÖ and I am loving it! BRÖÖ has 3 different types of shampoo/conditioner duos; thickening  moisturizing and invigorating. My favorite is the thickening (keep reading for deets on how you AND A FRIEND could WIN your own). Plus, they have amazing scents like citrus and mint. All BRÖÖ products are color-safe, vegan and are NOT tested on animals.
Plus, this is the perfect product to get for your guy too, I mean it’s made with BEER! Why, you ask? Through the process of brewing beer, tons of natural reactions occur that create vitamin B and proteins, perfect for restoring your your hair.
  2. HAIR MASK
Nothing restores the texture of my locks like a hair mask. I’ve just recently hopped on board with masks and they’re a serious lifesaver. After I shampoo with BRÖÖ, I lather-up with my favorite hair mask and let it soak in while I do my exfoliating and cleansing. After rinsing it out, I can actually start to notice how luscious and soft my hair feels.
  3. DRY SHAMPOO
For the days you don’t have time for a good rinse in the shower, dry shampoo comes in for the win. Beyond the fact of just not having time to completely rewash and style my hair sometimes, taking a few days off in between is actually healthy. I look for brands that don’t leave a white coating or make my hair feel weighed down with product. Perfect for after a sweat-sesh too!
And there you have it! Those are my 3 go-to steps to healthier happy hair!

Keep reading to find out how YOU and a FRIEND could with a BRÖÖ Shampoo and Conditioner duo.

The image has me almost smelling orange! I think this would be great for my thinning hair.

I have used a couple of natural shampoos and conditions and they didn’t live up to their claims. But there are many I have tried natural and not that didn’t live up to there claims therefore when products do as they claim I am really excited, especially when they are natural. I would love to try the thickening products and I’m sure my mom @speeples43 would as well. I tagged her on ig via instructions. Thanks.

This sounds amazing. .love how it’s vegan ..so hard to find a vegan natural shampoo. I could use this also because my hair is starting to thin a little since I have been coloring it …following both on Ig and tagging @punkin_spice123 ..think she would like this as well

My hair isn’t as thick as it used to be and if this helped change that, all the better!

Tagged @ellebermont over on your IG. Bet she would love to give this a try too!
