We jumped, danced, stretched and practiced some fun new tricks, ending the day with a little acro yoga. I’m still trying to nail my handstand, but I got tons of helpful tips from Melanie, the handstand pro, AKA @headstandsandheels. Fingers crossed I can nail one without a wall, sooner than later!
My star-kissed tights were a hit! Super stretchy and comfy, they gave us plenty of room to move and make shapes—without feeling restricted. And, they looked FAB on all the girls! Two thumbs up from the sweat squad—Whoot!
