Fit with Fabletics!

It’s springtime and that means it’s time to take our sweat-seshes outside! I’m a huge fan of staying active and fit no matter what the season, but I get giddy when I start to see the flowers blooming and temps rising in NYC! I recently teamed up with Fabletics to check out some spring gear and put them to the test!

My go-to workouts usually consist of a long run in Central Park when the weather permits alternating with yoga classes and fun cardio and HIIT classes popping up all the time! And what better motivation to get out and move than some new gear in fun floral prints? This look screams spring, and anything with a fun pop of color and a tropical vibe is always on my it-list! So I was super psyched when I slipped into these cool capris and cropped bra for a sunset sweat. They have the perfect amount of style and sass that I love, without skimping on comfort. I was able to run and stretch without a hitch feeling free to move in the forgiving fabrics.

I’ve also been traveling a bunch this year, so when I’m planning any trip I always bring along my workout gear. But I love to have my wardrobe work overtime, just like me, SO these pieces are perfect to mix into my everyday wardrobe to rock pre or post workout. This crop bra is adorbs with a high waisted pant or maxi skirt for a lunch with the girls or date night with my hubs. Or these leggings go great with white booties and a cute bomber or jean jacket. It makes my travels so much more efficient when my gear multitasks, and it gives me no excuse to skip a workout!

Here’s one of my fave workouts when I’m traveling and not able to hit the gym or get outside for a run. You can do this anywhere inside or out all year long!

50 seconds on, 20 second break, then go right to the next exercise! And don’t forget to stretch! 

Repeat 1-3 x’s!

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Pushups
  • Plank
  • Side Plank
  • Opposite Shoulder Taps in Plank
  • Jump Squats or Squats
  • Burpees
  • Downward Dog to Plank
  • Crunches or Bicycle Crunches
