Not-so-chilly nights in NYC are giving my winter coats a “time out”. Not to worry! I love to layer, and vests let me do just that! A fun mix of stripes, sequins and florals up top, paired with distressed denim and t-strap pumps on bottom, creates an outfit with attitude! Don’t forget to accessorize!
