#GiftsThatWorkOut

Run, rest and repeat! No matter what the season or the temperature outside, it’s possible to keep up your fitness routine and stay motivated to move. My go-to secret for clearing my head and blasting calories (as I’m sure you know by now) is by putting in the miles with running. Whether it’s a quick 3-mile cardio crunch or my usual 6 mile loop around Central Park, I find that lacing up and letting go with a run helps to clear my mind, and body, of tension.

So, when temps start dipping, I like to add more layers to my look for outdoor activities in bold colors to help me stay warm and stand out as days get shorter and darker, faster. I love this lucy Activewear Everyday Full Zip in Silver Filigree Heather that I can peel off with just one zip and tie around my waist when I start to warm up. And their Revolution Run Vest on top keeps me looking bold and bright, so traffic and other runners can spot me—no sweat.

Keeping the rest of the look sleek allows me to take my workout gear beyond my sweat-sesh too. And with the holidays just around the corner it’s the perfect time to start thinking of fun fitness #GiftsThatWorkout for all the sporty friends on your shopping list. From sweaters and jackets for layering, to sleek, chic leggings–like the Studio Hatha Leggings I’m sporting in these pics–lucy has super comfy pieces that perform while looking super stylish, so they’re perfect for all types of activities. You can buy a pair for your yogi friends, your runner gal pals, or your buddies who are obsessed with spin class or barre. And don’t forget about yourself. Treat yourself to the gift of lucy Activewear this year, too!

So whatever your passion, keep it up and don’t slack on your workout this winter season. And to get you motivated, lucy is offering 1 lucky winner (2) $100 gift cards—so you can sweat with a friend in style. Just leave a comment below on what gets you motivated to move or share this post! What keeps me motivated is the fact that working out is a privilege. I never want to take the fact that I am healthy and able bodied for granted, so I always make sure to work up a sweat.

I stayed motivated because I can not function unless I exercise. .I also need it to clear my head because if I don’t I get so foggy and unproductive. ..I truly believe that energy creates energy..Once I workout I feel so happy and energized ..I guess my body is use to the release of endorphins.so it keeps me motivated. I workout for my sanity ..not vanity ..love your outfit ..great idea with Yellow jacket… shared blog post as well

Love your outfit! I love full zips, too, rather than over the head clothing. Easier on/off for me while walking or running. For me, always remembering how I feel after working out is what keeps me motivated. Exercising truly destresses me from whatever is bothering me for the day. Plus, I want to stay healthy so that I’m still useful to others.
And thanks for the workout routine!
