Even though it’s not “Workout Wednesday”, I have to share. The PUMA peeps were nice enough to invite a group of us to Miami for a weekend of sun, fun, and kick-ass workouts. The whole point of the “Body Train City Miami” trip was to workout with a buddy and motivate one another to become more confident and strong (both in mind and body). And that’s just what we did! Leslie Osborne (pro soccer player), Mel Ockerby (pro crossfit athlete) Cara Castronuova (pro boxer and former “Biggest Loser” trainer) and Angela Parker (founder of the Body Inspired Fitness Program) worked us to the core. We left a bit too sun-kissed and sore, but we all experienced the power of exercise. Nice job lovelies! Bring on the BURN!!

Great shots my Pretty! Fontainebleau was the place to be in the 50’s and 60’s but still a very cool place when I worked there in the 80’s…… maybe before you were born ha ha ha! You are keeping me young!
