Temps are heating up again and that just means one thing! Bring your sweat-sesh to the beach! As you know, I live for the salty air, surf and sun so all summer long so I try to do my workouts by the ocean breeze whenever possible. And with such cute surf gear, how can I resist?
Surfing takes a lot of hard work and determination and it’s always a learning experience even after years of practice. That’s why it’s such a great challenge for both your body and mind.
