What up, Sporties!?! I’m kickin’ it up a notch today with a mini kettle bell workout (7lbs each) to help tone and strengthen my upper body for surfing. Simple reps of 5 on each arm (either together or alternating) is just enough to gradually feel the burn and see results.
And, I partnered Amazon Fashion to test out the perfect stylin’ summer #AmazonActive gear to sport for my workouts. These adorbs booty shorts motivate me to move, and can go from street to surf, no-sweat! And, since I’m all about wearing my fitness gear post sweat too, neon kicks and a chic black sports-bra can totally work into my wardrobe day or night. Talk about a bang for your buck!
