Spring has sprung and that means it’s time to go shoe shopping! So, I popped into Tip Top Shoes in NYC to checkout what’s new for this shoe season. They’re a local family run neighborhood store with lots of different brands and styles at all price points to choose from. And, the staff is super friendly and helpful so I was in great hands when Harold greeted me at the door to get ready to shop ’til we dropped! He was able to fit me for the perfect spring shoes that would work best for my narrow feet and active lifestyle. Harold suggested a few styles for me from Earth Brand shoes that would mix with my colorful wardrobe and playful vibe, with lots of support and comfort so I can easily keep up with my on-the-go schedule— pain free. They have a cushioned footbed with a padded heel area and arch support so they’re perfect for all the running around that I do, especially in the warmer weather.
My favorite style was the Butterfly Print Tangelo flats that are bursting with color. They are super comfy and have butterflies on the toes!!! How right up my alley is that?! With a fun flirty print they scream spring and make it possible to wear slip-on sneakers with a skirt! They paired perfectly with my outfit, so after checkout I bopped right out of the store wearing my new kicks.
I also really loved the woven Libra Red Leather heeled sandals for a comfy way to add height to my look. They are incredibly cushiony and have an adjustable strap so when the leather stretches after wearing, I can easily tighten them to stay secure on my feet. The perforated ankle bootie is another airy option for warmer weather with a sturdy structure for lots of walking.
There were so many fun styles to choose from, but I managed to narrow it down to 4 of my faves with the style advice and fit tips from Harold, the super helpful and dapper salesman. He made my shopping experience a blast and we got some great pics together too! Don’t ya think?
Oh, and you can receive a free gift when trying on any pair of Earth or Earthies shoes at Tip Top stores on 4/21!
So get shopping, New Yorkers!
