As I’m sure you’ve seen from my insta feed, it was a BLAST last past week with our Propel Sweat Squad fitness festival in LA! Myself and our team of fierce females, took on the Co:Labs workout event with smiles and strength! We fueled up and hydrated thx to all the yummy Propel Water flavors (obvi) during the back-to-back hard-core sweat-seshes all weekend long. I’ve never sweat so much, but it was the most fit-fun I could have asked for with top trainers, hot musical talent and celeb surprises.
It was a weekend jam-packed with so many cool activities and sponsors to make this event super special for everyone who was able to participate. There were braid bars to keep our ‘dos in check after all the sweating, healthy Dream Pops to cool us off, snacks all day long from yummy health food brands like Sweet Green, plus cool fitness gear from Bandier showcasing the hottest pieces for sweating in style. We took multiple kick-butt workout classes from some of my faves like, Taryn Toomey (The Class), Prevail Boxing, NW Method, Yoga For Bad People to name a few. But my favorite part of the this project was getting to bond with such a great group of girls over the last few months during this campaign. I seriously love all the people I’ve met and collabed with for this project and the product isn’t so bad either, HA! Just kidding, I love the delish “fitness water” flavors that helped to refuel and replenish our bodies with electrolytes, vitamin B and antioxidants every time we needed a pick-me-up!

I’ll also be sharing great advice from the trainers on some of the cool workouts we experienced too. Like; dance, boxing, yoga, and HIIT from the best of the best in the industry!
