It’s Wellness Wednesday! And to keep you all on a healthy snack track, I’m featuring another one of my girl, Sophie’s creations from thephilosophie.com. This one is a blast of berries that’s delish and nutrish and tastes just as good as it looks. It’s packed with vitamins and antioxidants—without added sugar! Read on for the yummy recipe below.
What You’ll Need:
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- A handful of blueberries & strawberries
- 1 tsp Berry Bliss
- 1 tbsp Nut Butter of your choice
- 1 scoop of Collagen
- 1 frozen Banana
- 1 tbsp Coconut Bliss Coconut Butter
Blend all ingredients, top with shredded coconut, goji berries, raspberries and ENJOY!
