Sweet Potato Smoothie

Time for a little pre-Thanksgiving smoothie snack! I reached out to my girl Sophie, from ThePhilosophie.com, to see if she had any delish smoothie suggestions for the upcoming holiday festivities. And as always, she whipped up another scrumptious one that you’re gonna LOVE! You might have seen a few of her other amazing creations that she’s shared with us over the last few months, (here and here). And this one is just as yummy as the rest—it’s like Thanksgiving in a glass! So what are you waiting for? Read on for the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 2 roasted organic sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup bone broth (we used chicken flavor)
  • 1 tsp Cacao Magic
  • 1 tbsp garlic ghee 
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • salt/pep to taste

Cook:
Roast sweet potatoes in the oven on 400 degrees, for 40 minutes or so. Once it’s cooled, take off the peal and put the sweet potatoes in the blender. Add all other ingredients, blending until smooth. Top with whatever your craving, like fresh herbs or parmesan. We served ours with some sweet vanilla bean cookies! Enjoy!
