Keep those arms and legs movin’, Sporties! Paddle ball on the beach is one of the best ways to get your heart rate up and tone your arms and legs, while having fun in the sun. It’s like tennis in the sand! And depending on how hard you work, you can totally tone your core too! So far my highest score is 135 hits without dropping the ball with my paddle partner! But I plan to beat that this weekend! Standby!
