One of my fave ways to play is paddle ball on the beach! It’s one of the best ways to get your heart rate up and tone your arms and legs, all while having fun in the sun. And depending on how hard you work, you can totally tone your core too! So far my highest score is 135 hits without dropping the ball with my paddle partner!
But let’s be honest… society still puts a lot of pressure on women, especially, when it comes to age. It’s one of the reasons why we started @offthegrampodcast – some said we shouldn’t be “influencers” in our 30s and 40s. But Isn’t that the whole point? As we go through our journey of life, we mature and we gain knowledge and insight to share with others! And if we can continue to look damn good while doing it, all the more reason to share the deets on how that works!
