Add CHEERFIT captain to my list! Woohoo! As you’ve probably noticed, I’ve been working with @cheerfittraining a lot this year to collaborate on a bunch of exciting new projects, awesome workout events, IG Live’s, pop-ups, panels and more—around NYC and beyond!
To maximize my workout game and passion for fitness, I completed the CHEERFIT certification this year and became a certified #Captain! I felt it was an essential part of working together, and wanted to make sure I fully learned all of the proper techniques and the foundation of CHEERFIT workouts —now, I’m ready to rock! And we have our first NYC event to kick off summer on June 21st Summer Solstice at the Moxy Times Square hosted by Jet Sweat. Peek all the sign up deets here and join us for all the fitness fun!
As a longtime runner and lover of yoga, surfing, snowboarding and all the action-packed activities that keep me going, I’m always looking for ways to strengthen and help balance out my bod to avoid injury. The CHEERFIT sculpt, bootcamp and dance classes are the perfect addition to my workout regime to build and condition my muscles and stay in tip-top shape, all while having fun! And don’t let the POMS fool ya! You’ll feel the burn and work up a sweat!
