Try this quick cardio workout when you’re feeling the urge to move!
-Quick warmup walk (2-5 minutes)
-Stretch hamstrings and back by bending down and touching toes (About 1 minute)
-Lunge stretches, holding each lunge for 5 breaths. (Repeat 5 x’s each leg)
– High knee lifts (As many as you can for about 1 minute)
-Get moving and go for a jog. ( 2-4 miles)
-Find a park bench and start your arm dips and pushup’s (5 reps of 10 for each move)
-Jumping jacks (50)
-Burpees (3 reps of 10)
-Cool down and walk about 1 minute
