Get Your Start

It’s not always easy to get up and out to accomplish all of our fitness goals, with the crazy jam-packed lives that we lead. Sometimes we need a fun fitness challenge to kick-start a new motivation, and this one will keep your toes! I’ve partnered with Kohl’s to celebrate their launch with Under Armour and their Bear Crawl Challenge!
(See challenge & sweepstakes deets below!)

For me, my go-to way to clear my head is by lacing up and lifting my mood with an outdoor run. Whether it’s a quick 3-miler or a longer 6-mile journey, I’m always more energized after I put in the miles.

And, anytime I can add a fun new fitness challenge to my regime— I’m game! So, this Bear Crawl Challenge is right up my alley. It helps to work your core, arms AND legs! After a few laps I could feel my muscles toning-up and working overtime, but it was a different workout for me and super fun, so I welcomed the burn. Plus, fun printed gear in poppy colors always helps to give that extra-push of energy to make it happen!

Bear Crawl Challenge:
Now it’s YOUR turn! I’m challenging YOU to take on the Bear Crawl Challenge & share a video or photo of yourself or your family completing it to Twitter and/or Instagram tagging @Kohls, #GetYourStart, and #BearCrawlChallengeSweepstakes. You could WIN a grand prize of a $1,000 Kohl’s gift card!!! Plus, 10 runner-up winners will each receive a $100 gift card from Kohl’s.
Now get moving, Girls!
