Only two more months ’til spring temps start to hit NYC! And that means being fit and healthy should be top of mind, especially if we want to rock those cute spring dresses and show a hint of skin. If you’ve fallen into a winter workout rut these last few frigid weeks, now’s the time to turn that around and get back on track.

And that means in addition to having a consistent fitness routine, choosing smart snacks are just as important! So to shape up without skimping on taste, I’ve partnered with Chobani’s Simply 100® Crunch to help me fuel-up feeling satisfied and guilt-free when I’m on-the-go. I’ve always been a fan of the Greek Yogurt, but now they have an even more exciting option with natural crunchy mix-ins on the side! It gives a little extra treat when I’m craving something more indulgent. Except these yummy, crunchy, cookies, chocolate and waffle cone pieces, give me a sweet fix in a smart, natural way.

From meetings to yoga class, now I can keep up with my busy-bee schedule and get my protein and fiber too, without missing a beat. When I’m fueled-up with healthy ingredients, I can keep my high-energy levels up and stay focused. My fave flavor is the Strawberry Chocolate Truffle, but the Blueberry Cookie Crumble and Mango Cone Crisp are a close second! These good-for-me snacks are a big part of what keeps me running and leading an active and healthy lifestyle.
