It’s Wellness Wednesday! And to help stick to a healthy meal routine, I’ll be featuring some delish and nutrish recipes from my girl, Sophie, the creator of thephilosophie.com! I’m super psyched to be joining forces with one of my fave wellness experts, and friends, to share her power-packed creations with all of you! So to kickoff our cool collab, I’m starting with one of her Green Dream renditions. It’s super tasty, and if you love coconutty treats this is a must! Some of the key ingredients are coconut milk, shredded coconut, AND Coconut Dream–one of her luscious coco butters supercharged with the detoxifying powers of Green Dream. Read on for all the deets on how to whip one of these yummy bowls up yourself!
Sophie recommends creating this oh-so-yummy bowl when you’re looking for an ultra nutritious breakfast or when you know that you’ll be eating out later in the day and want to ensure your bod is super happy + nourished.
What you’ll Need:
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 frozen cauliflower
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen spinach
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Dream Coconut Butter
- Toppings: cacao nibs, hemp seeds, bee pollen, sliced berries and bananas
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Top with cacao nibs, hemp seeds, bee pollen, shredded coconut, and sliced berries and bananas! Enjoy!
